Water Heater Leak and Flood Cleanup in North Atlanta
A water heater can fail slowly, with a seep nobody sees, or all at once, with a full tank on the floor. Either way the water ends up in places you cannot see. Our team dries it out.

Signs your water heater is leaking
Catching it early saves flooring, drywall and a lot of money.
- Water pooled around the base of the tank or a damp drain pan
- Rust streaks, dripping from the relief valve or corroded fittings
- Warped flooring, bubbling paint or a soft spot near a closet or attic unit
- A tank in the attic or on an upper floor with a stained ceiling below
- Little or no hot water along with a wet floor
What to do, and what we do
Shut it down
Turn off the cold water supply to the heater and shut off power or gas to the unit. If you are unsure, shut off the main water.
Extract the water
Our team removes standing water and checks the walls, floor and ceilings around and below the unit.
Dry the structure
Air movers and dehumidifiers run, with moisture readings taken until the materials are dry.
Plan the repair
We take out what cannot be saved and help you plan the rebuild. A plumber replaces the heater.
Insurance and estimates
A sudden tank failure is commonly covered, while long term seepage often is not, and policies differ. Photos help, and we give you a detailed, itemized estimate with regular progress updates.

What our customers say
Have any questions?
Is a leaking water heater an emergency?
A tank that is actively leaking or has burst is. Shut off the water supply to it and call. Even a slow leak can soak flooring and framing for weeks.
Will my insurance cover a water heater flood?
Sudden failures are often covered for the water damage, though not always for the heater itself. Your policy decides, so ask your agent.
Do you replace the water heater?
A plumber replaces the unit. We take care of the water damage and coordinate so both jobs go smoothly.
Water heater flooded your floor?
Shut it down and call our team. We will take it from there.
