When repair comes into the picture
Once the structure is dry, these are the repairs we usually plan with you:
- Drywall that is stained, soft or crumbling and has to be cut out and replaced
- Baseboards, trim and insulation that soaked up water and cannot be saved
- Flooring that has cupped, buckled or lifted: hardwood, laminate, vinyl or carpet and pad
- Cabinets and vanities with swollen bottoms or broken seals
- Paint and texture to match once the new materials are in
How the work goes
Dry first
We do not close up a wall until moisture readings say it is dry. Rebuilding over a damp stud is how mold and callbacks start.
Scope and estimate
We walk the damage with you and write a detailed, itemized estimate. If a claim is open, the same scope goes to your adjuster.
Tear out what cannot be saved
Wet drywall, insulation and flooring come out cleanly, and we protect the rooms that were not touched.
Rebuild
We coordinate drywall, flooring, trim and paint, and keep you updated as each phase finishes.
Insurance and estimates
We provide detailed, itemized estimates and regular progress updates. Coverage decisions belong to your insurance company, but a clear scope and good documentation make that conversation easier.

What our customers say
Have any questions?
Do you do the repairs too, or only the drying?
Our process runs from emergency response through reconstruction. Tell us what you need and we will explain what our team handles and what we bring in.
Can I use my own contractor for the rebuild?
Yes. We can dry and document the loss and hand off to your contractor. Just tell us at the start so the scope matches.
How do you know the walls are dry before closing them up?
We take moisture readings across the affected materials and repeat them until the numbers say dry. We keep those readings with the job record.
Ready to get the house put back together?
Call our team. We will look at the damage and tell you what the repair involves.
